Weekly Pool Maintenance

Our six step pool service program delivers a technology driven, worry free experience from start to finish. Every week you receive an email that provides a photo of the pool, a chemistry report, and details of the services provided that visit!

Step 1

Surface Cleaning

Leaves and other debris are manually removed from the pool. Skimmer baskets are checked and emptied. Automated pool vacuums are emptied and the cycle is restarted.

Step 2

Equipment Maintenance

Pumps and filters are inspected and routine maintenance is performed as needed. This includes optimizing pump runtime, emptying pump baskets, backwashing sand filters, and cleaning salt cells.

Step 3

Detail Cleaning

Detail work is performed as needed, weather permitting. This can include manually vacuuming the pool, brushing the steps, scrubbing the tile line, or blowing leaves off the pool deck.

Step 4

Water Testing

Water chemistry is perhaps the most important factor in pool maintenance. Every visit a detailed chemical analysis is performed on the water using leading testing methods to determine the saturation index and level of sanitation.

Step 5

Chemical Balance

Quality pool chemicals are added to maintain the LSI balance of pH, alkalinity, calcium, and salinity with respect to water temperature. Stabilizer and sanitizer levels are optimized and phosphates are kept in check to keep the water clean and algae free.

Step 6

Maintenance Report

Water chemistry, chemicals used, and services performed are recorded in a maintenance log each week. At the end of each visit, a detailed report with a photo is sent directly to your email so you know exactly what is going on with your pool!
